What is a Multiple-entry work visa – and how to get it?
The multiple-entry business visa is one of the most affordable and convenient ways to spend time in Indonesia; Allowing you to spend 60 days per trip in the country with unlimited entries per year
In addition to being one of the most cost-effective ways to spend time in Indonesia, it also allows you to enter Indonesia frequently without any immigration issue and saves you the hassle of visiting the immigration office frequently to extend your visa.
The purpose of this visa is for people who visit Indonesia frequently to attend business meetings, attend seminars, do market research, and see family and friends. It is by far the easiest way to visit the country regularly!
Multiple entry work visa requirements:
- Expatriate passport with at least 4 blank pages still available with at least 18 months validity and a scanned copy of the identification page and cover
- Itinerary to enter Indonesia
- Deed of incorporation of the company
- Certification from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the sponsoring company / SK Kemenkumham
- The sponsoring company’s trade license (SIUP/IP/IUT)
- Domicile of the sponsoring company
- Sponsoring Company Tax Registration Number (NPWP)
- Sponsoring Company Registration Certificate (TDP)
- Sponsoring Company Identity Card PIC (KTP / KITAS)
- Bank statement with a minimum balance of IDR 20,000,000 or equivalent to USD 1,500 for the sponsoring company
How do you get a multi-entry work visa?
- Submit all required documents: Invitation letter from the local company, NPWP (tax number) for the local entity, company directors ID, copy of passport with at least 18 months validity, bank statement from sponsoring company and copy of applicant’s itinerary.
- Apply for the visa and wait for the e-Visa to be sent to you via email.
- Print the e-Visa and bring it with you when entering Indonesia.
- You can now enter Indonesia as much as you like with a maximum stay of 60 days per visit.
