1. Payment Service fees are paid in full or partially upfront, depending on the type of service. Accepted payment methods include: Bank Transfer, Electronic Payment, and other approved payment methods.
2. Starting Execution Order execution begins after: Payment confirmation and receipt of required documents.
3. Refund Policy Refundable Amounts: A refund can be issued in the following cases:
- Work on the request has not yet started.
- The company is unable to execute the service.
- Accidental duplicate payments.
Non-Refundable Amounts: Fees cannot be refunded in the following cases:
- After the execution of the service has started.
- After the transaction has been submitted to government authorities.
- Rejection of the application due to incorrect information or documents provided by the client.
4. Government Fees Government fees and official entity fees are strictly non-refundable once paid.
5. Refund Timeframe If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned within 1 to 2 business days.
